Kanchan Patkar

Kanchan Patkar is Sr. Director, Global Marketing at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Roswell, Georgia. She has over 20 years of experience working in Marketing and Business Management.

Ms. Patkar currently is the Global Marketing Leader for a $4 billion intimate care business with well-known brands such as Andrex®, Cottonelle® and Scott®. She works with each of the four regions, North America, Latin America, Europe/MEA and Asia Pacific to develop scalable business strategies and marketing plans.

Prior to her current role on the global team, she led the Global Safety PPE business at Kimberly-Clark Professional where she transformed and relaunched the KleenGuard PPE business. Prior to that, she ran the $425 million North America U by Kotex® feminine care business where she was responsible for annual business delivery and 3 year business plans. The brand has received several industry accolades since launch including the prestigious Gold and Silver EFFIE awards for highly effective marketing and commercialization. She has been with Kimberly-Clark for 16 years.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2003, Ms. Patkar was a Consultant at Diamond Cluster Corporation in New York, NY (now PwC) and a Software Product Developer at SCT Corporation, Philadelphia, PA.

Ms. Patkar received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University) and also has a B.S in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Pune, India and a M.S in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.

Ms. Patkar lives with her husband and three children, Ruhee, Isha and Rahul in Alpharetta, GA. She and her husband grew up in India where her family still resides.
