Marcos Arias is a customer experience authority and organizational leader. He is a rapid deployment expert and go-to-market specialist possessing financial P&L acumen and program management expertise. Marcos has served as the Executive Advisor of Customer Experience CX MD from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, he managed Portfolio and Program Management for Focus Brands Engagement, as well as Inside Sales & Customer Service for Dover Food Retail Engagement. He also managed strategic global customer experience for NCR, Mercy Health, and AT&T.
Marcos received his MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his BS in Bioengineering at Catholic University. He earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional through the Customer Experience Professional Association. He also holds an IIL Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.
A fluent Spanish speaking Atlanta native, second generation Latino, avid soccer player, Marcos has been married for 26 years and is the parent of two children. He volunteers at his church and believes in paying it forward in education, youth mentoring, and healthcare.
